Just like any other company, The MR Group started from a dream and has now become an amazing reality. Our goal of providing an awesome customer experience through quality service has always and will continue to be our priority over the coming years.

Indeed, a good way to determine a company’s growth is in its expansion. From a small, humble company, The MR Group has grown to become one of the best names in Australia. When it comes to antenna installation, repair, tv wall mounting, gutter cleaning, and even pest control, MR Group is always ready to help! Now, we are proud to open new doors for amazing people who want to be part of our still-growing team. Let’s take a sneak peek at what our hardworking team has been brewing for potential new members of the company.

Recently, a three-day Boot Camp Training Event was hosted for starting great bonds by our very own Mike Davenport kicked off at the Hotel Grand Chancellor at 131 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. We have nine potential franchisees who attended day one of training. The MR Group’s CEO, Andrew Parke, proudly steered the training. In addition, our lovely and handsome team members Katie, Sharon, Janet, Rebecca, Neil, and Mike were also present. Andrew shared invaluable information from his experience starting with Mr. Antenna, from setting up the business, how to efficiently run and grow it, how to look after the business, and of course, how to establish great bonds with your precious customers. 

Finally, it was such a fun and fruitful training Boot Camp with great discussion about the future of Mr. Antenna, Mr. Gutter Cleaning, and Mr. Pest Controller. Training continued for two more days, and we’ll be glad to share more insights with you, so stay tuned! This is just the start of a huge step for our potential new franchisees and we couldn’t be more proud of everyone who is now and will become, a part of The Mr. Group family. See you in our next blog!
