It’s such an amazing feeling to listen to good music on an autumn afternoon. Although for gutters, sadly the leaves don’t sound as lovely to them as music does to us! It was one Sunday morning when we got a call from a customer who was having problems with her gutters. They were completely full of dried leaves. What’s worse is that given how long the leaves had been sitting in the gutters, they had multiplied and started clogging the downpipes, too. The customer had been so busy working on things both at home and at work that she didn’t have the time to clean out her gutters. A girl’s gotta work!

So, as she was still as busy as ever, she decided to search for gutter cleaners in Menzies Creek. That’s when Mr. Gutter Cleaning appeared in her search. She told us a little bit of background about how her gutters ended up like that. And we assured her that there was nothing to worry about. A quick inspection revealed that the downpipes were clogged pretty badly. John did not waste a second and started unclogging the downpipes by hand. He removed the dried leaves, dirt, and other debris that was stuck down there. It had all just piled up a few inches below the opening, so he had a bit of luck, with that making them a little easier to clean.

After removing the easy access blockages from the downpipes, he took out his huge industrial vacuum from the back of his truck. He removed the ton of dried leaves that was stuck right down the gutters and on the roof. Sounds like a lot of work, but using the powerful vacuum cleaner on the back of the truck makes jobs like this a piece of cake. Woohoo! This customer was so happy that she even asked if there was a way we could arrange regular gutter cleaning appointments for her.

How efficient for her, as with regular cleaning she wouldn’t need to worry about dirty gutters anymore. Yes, we gladly informed her that this was possible. It was yet another regular customer for our superhero, John. Let’s give it up for him for a job well done!
